Great visit to Cricket Hockey! A friendly approach to customer service, with great advice and a range of equipment at all price points. Today was a productive visit which resulted in my 2 teenage children being suitably equipped for the cricket season ahead - the new GM bat is already being knocked in! All the staff at Cricket and Hockey are willing to immediately offer help and advice without ever overselling. They are experts in their field and demonstrate their passion for the sport. So impressed by the team and the size of the range they have.

I would definitely recommend this company to everyone. I have bought hockey equipment from them for the last two years and they have a good selection of items available on their website, prices are fair as well. Hoping to get a cricket bat from them before the next season starts. They can also give you advice over email and make recommendations.

Superb customer service! Spoke with me at length about which bat would best suit my style within my budget. Even went as far as knocking a mallet on a few to get a feel for the best middle. All over the phone of course. Perfect example of how to keep a business running in this climate. Better still, all with next day delivery!

I cannot thank this company/Jamie enough for their reactiveness and professionalism in helping me with an order. Having called the company because an order I had placed stated it was delivered, but was not in the given location stated on the delivery receipt. They instantly contacted the courier to see where it had been left. Their communication was faultless and I was in the loop throughout. They did all the investigating and it turns out the delivery driver had placed the order next to a commercial bin and not in the reception, as stated. Therefore, the order had been taken by the bin collection company. Cricket-Hockey then provided all the evidence and sorted out a replacement order straight away from the supplier themselves. Even stipulating that the order must be given to someone. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend using Cricket-Hockey. I cannot fault a thing. Exemplary customer service!
