Claridge House Retreat Centre

I recently had a stay here, which turned out longer than expected. The service was so good and the staff friendly, it's so peaceful if you want you can say goodbye to the world and relax this is the place.

I attended a wonderful half day Yoga and Creative Writing workshop here a few days ago and absolutely loved it. Claridge House has such a beautiful welcoming energy to it. I feel like it gives me a warm hug every time I step inside. The workshop was super relaxing and insightful and so wonderful to be able to look outside at the stunning garden as we practiced some gentle yoga and creative writing exercises under the wonderful guidance of Kate. The morning was finished off with a delicious homecooked vegetarian lunch and I left feeling revived and grateful. Highly recommend Claridge House and all the wonderful offerings they have there. I'll be booking in again soon for sure!

We had a lovely relaxing stay, our room was absolutely spotless, we received a very friendly welcome, very helpful staff, thank you. Beautiful grounds, such a relaxing place very calming, a lovely breakfast, our bedroom had a lovely decor, also close to a great pub The Plough a 10 minute walk lively Thai food, and close to Hever Castle and Many National Trusts, Scotney Castle and Chartwell House, Ightam Mote and Knole and Chidingstone we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 daysaway. What a beautiful retreat!.. We so enjoyed the peaceful location and peaceful house and surrounding gardens. The staff were so welcoming and helpful.. Mel you were a ray of sunshine... Would definitely recommend such a peaceful beautiful retreat..

A group of us stayed here for a weekend conference nearby and had a lovely time. Comfy beds, peaceful location, gorgeous grounds (and a cat!), lovely host...We were a bit worried about the breakfast (as we're more low carb people) but there were veggie (as well as vegan) options. Greek yoghurt and fruit, eggs, hot milk provided for coffees etc. All fab!

Such an amazing place, delicious vegetarian food, comfortable, clean rooms and friendly staff who go above and beyond to make your stay even better, a perfect companion for the wonderful retreats they host.I couldn't recommend it more highly.

A most comfortable, welcoming and relaxing place to stay with beautiful ensuite rooms, delicious, food, and a lovely garden. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the Qi gong course I attended was excellent

I had a wonderful weekend at Claridge House doing the Qigong Shibashi course. Such a welcoming and peaceful place. The accommodation was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and the food (I opted for vegan) was delicious. I would thoroughly recommend. Really good value for money.
