Great massage therapist, very thorough, found all trigger points! I chose a sports massage which can rarely be described as relaxing if done properly.Great for the intended purpose but I might treat myself to the hot stone massage next time.Nice scented oils used and definitely improved flexibility and greater range of motion afterwards.Monthly appointments booked in. Would highly recommend.
