We turned up to the centre with no appointment, but Elise Snowden took us under her wing and made us feel very welcome. She was incredibly professional and cheerful, very helpful and an absolute pleasure to deal with. They didn't have what we were after at the moment but Elise did everything possible to find it for us elsewhere. She was brilliant also with following up and providing us with further support after we left. Thank you, Elise, we really appreciate you!

What a great dealer, went in to see one of the new electric ID3, must say really impressive little car, although it doesn't look too big, it feels very nice and spacious inside.The staff seem really nice and helpful. Mark and Emily looked after me, they were absolutely great.Also in this environment they were more than prepared, with transparent shields on the reception and the sales desks, sanitizing gel at the entrance and the place looked spotless.Definitely recommend the place.

Dante was absolutely great.We popped in as a walk in just for a test drive of a Tiguan, ended up purchasing one, which Dante helped me with every step of the way. From getting it collected from another Marshall’s dealer, to making sure the bodywork was in great order before I drove away, discussing all insurance options and used car dealer benefits and making sure I was happy with all of the controls in the vehicle. The car seems in great working order, so far. And Dante made sure to follow up to make sure I was happy with everything.Great service and happy customer. Hopefully nothing goes wrong!!

Extremely professional. Took my car there for an MOT which unfortunately failed and I needed to keep my car there overnight so that they could order in a missing part. Staff was amazing and did what they could to get me a courtesy car so that I could go back home. Very grateful!

Fantastic service from the service team, especially Glyn. It’s fair to say I have been unlucky with issues over the last year with my Touran. However, Glyn has always managed to get things resolved in a timely manner and kept us up to date at all times. I know where we will be purchasing our cars from in future once it’s time for a change!

We were interested in a VW Tiguan. During the test drive, we didn’t receive the best experience and had a car dealer Lara/Laura double book us and spend time between two clients, and not receive their full attention. We had no opportunity for the dealership to answer our questions. However, we liked the car and when we showed interest we were also inundated with phone calls from Declan Andrews harassing us to make the purchase that day.We bought the car for £25,650 via bank transfer. We were informed it had a thorough check and everything seemed okay, until we actually drove the car back home 51 miles away. While on the motorway the engine warning light came on. We contacted the dealership afterwards and Declan Andrews who was the dealer who managed the sale, simply stated there isn’t much they can do and we should take it to a local garage for a diagnostics. This is particularly concerning aftercare and frankly disappointing. It’s shocking to have been missold a vehicle which has a faulty engine to a customer and charge extortionate amounts.We then stated we wanted to return the vehicle and was informed that they had a wonderful warranty service, and attempted to prevent us from returning the vehicle. I mean do you really want to spend £26K for a car with a faulty engine? The dealership lied to us and fraudulently sold a faulty vehicle. This is the experience we have received and has put us off ever purchasing from this dealership again. Please please read the T&C before purchasing a car, exercise your right to return the vehicle under the Consumer Rights Law and ensure mileage is below 250 miles, and lastly don’t buy from this garage. I’m still waiting for my £26K refund. It’s very convenient of them that accounts are not on site.

Pop in ,on the off chance , to see about a VW Tiguan allspace. Was met by a warm welcome by the ladies on reception and they offered me a drink, while i was waiting. Then i see Callum. Who helped me through the stages of the Motability side of things. And by luck they had the exact car and colour in stock. Wow can't believe it. How one Vw dealership can differ from another. Definitely would recommend this dealership to my friends
