Looking at these reviews I really think some of the residents are deluded to think the park is anything above a 1 star!!!I have said it before and I will say it again the site is over crowded, unkempt walkways, poor lighting, poorly maintained roads, not enough parking (unless you live on a certain part of the park) a nightmare to locate individual addresses if your a delivery person, no real park maintenance crew (just a pair of lazy individuals who do the bare minimum) etc, etc, etcNo residents association that would fight for the above to get done, yes a little like the park owners who would take your subs and get nothing in return, nice and friendly residents though who do not know who to turn to for help.If I was to run the residents association when it was running I would have spoke to everyone on the park and sorted out possibly employing someone to look after the maintenance of the park ie hedge trimming, lighting (you can buy solar powered lighting for the tops of poles) and charge everyone a small fee to cover the costs).It could be a fantastic site if only the owner would listen, employ a proper site manager and sort out the problems on Willow Park to bring it up to a future living and not stuck in the past! Talk to your residents and pull your head out of your behind and perhaps you will get 5 stars etc!!Give me a damn good wage, a large pot of cash to sort out all the problems from water, sewerage, electricity, lighting, pavements, road network and the over crowding. I will bring it up to scratch!!!!

Residents friendly but it's becoming more crowded now. Owner determined to cram in as many homes as possible but the park is losing it's charm. High cost for water as owner has only one meter on site and charges for any leaks - even if they are unrelated to your property. Some properties are on electricity supplies that can't cope with high usage. Be aware if you are thinking of buying.... Owner does crisis repairs but does not upgrade systems such as water and sewage pipes. More homes means more system pressure and failures which equals higher costs for residents; as he is unwilling to invest to show good will towards his paying customers and just takes fees, it always feels like you're being cheated out of something. Electric supply that can't run a kettle, tumble dryer and oven together is ridiculous in the 21st century. Likewise charging twice what families pay for water because the pipes are outdated and leak badly is also unacceptable in the 21st century. No investment in infrastructure- just more homes to get more money. As I say, lovely place to live with others but think carefully before coming and buying.

Living here is great... dealing with the owners of the park is appalling. Unresolved problems..no communication rude staff they take the money and then dont care about you

Greedy owners ,An obnoxiuos manager that is about as useful as a chocolate fireguard ,bullying neighbours ,mainly rattly old bags sticking Their noses in what does not concern them .Lots of decent people mixed up with X council estate scum ,poor parking no street lights Iffy electrics / sewers ,flooding in some parts .Cars being damaged ,most owners keep their places tidy ,but the usual lazy scum to busy watching TV and watching others lets the place down

Very nice. Except for the sell on clause which means if you sell your home 10% is claimed by mobile home emperor Alfie Best, who has around £250m to spare and tootles around in a helicopter.

Terrible one way traffic and the building materials quality was rubbish when we checked one of the houses for sale, also heating on huge gas cylinders as no gas infrastructure (pipes) in the area

I have lived on this park for 5 yrs the residents are really nice, the park itself is very handy for the a55 iff your fit a 10 minutes walk from the shopping area. The park itself is in desperate need of some tender loving care from the management this is a semi retirement park that is not licenced with no on site manager no on site maintenance no on site security the on site office has been closed iff there is a problem the residents have to ring the head office or any help there's no public telephone on the park no fire fighting equipment but al in all if you want to live on this site speak to the residents to get the full picture iff the sales manager makes you a promise get it in writing. As I said at the beginning I've been on this park for 5 yrs the people are great the park itself is great.

Some residents can't read says 10 mph at entrance some going alot faster than that including maintenance men in their van SLOW DOWN
