Bingham Hand Car Wash

We have been here a few times now. They continually try and charge more than what’s listed on their prices. The last time we took it they wanted £30 for a gold clean and as you can see in the pictures this is how they left it! Slap dash approach, over charging customers. Best to avoid

NEVER AGAIN. They broke my wing mirror. Claimed to have called a manger who was jowhere in sight after 30 mins. So I briefly blocked the entrance in order to move things along 2.mins later he miraculously appeared. Advised he was insured. Great I said. Then he promptly called the police for blocking his entrance for all of 2 minutes.2 squad cars appeared some 20 mins later. I was told it was a civil dispute. Shock horror lol.Complete and utter waste of my time. More importantly valuable police time.No resolution, small claims court most likely cours of action.WOULD DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND.Customer service tactics are to call police in event of dispute.

Excellent value and fast service every time, today was my 8th visit, this week was just a wash and dry, every 3 visit I get a mini valet. Never had any problems and staff are friendly.

Poor . Main criticism was the drying off stage . Cloths used were dirty so left smears all over paintwork and windows. Noticed they didn’t do the boot or doors underneath. £8 for a shampoo wash and dry is reasonable hence the two stars otherwise 1 star.

We’ve been having our cars cleaned by Sal and his crew since 2019 and they’ve always done an impeccable job! Highly recommend their services…

The jet wash is so powerful its moves the car. They seem to be more interested in jetwashing your car rather than hand washing" it. My wheels needed doing again after I got home... great potential but speed seems more important than quality here. Hand washing service should be high quantity with clean equipment and the tools to clean alloys... not just jet washed."

First of all they seem to make the price up each week depending on how they feel. Also they now do a very poor quality clean... A noticeable drop in quality over the last few years. I've promised myself never to go back. What's the excuse for not cleaning the centre console AT ALL when I've paid £30 for a clean inside and out?

Been taking my car (two different Mercs) to them for a few years, they have got more slack over the last year or so, my partner refuses to take her car there anymore. Today, 31/01/23, I took my car in, it really was filthy, I live in a very rural area, lots of tractors dragging mud onto the road, but when I got into Bingham village after having it cleaned, the car was full of white streaks, the windows had dried water marks. This is the 3rd time I have had the same result, just plain sloppy work. OK, so it was really busy today, and I do mean busy, but rather turn people away than do shoddy work? Maybe the owner should invest in a tumble dryer to dry out the cloths his workers use? What they charge for what they do is now a rip off. I very much doubt I'll be taking my car back again.

AVOID AT ALL COST.CAR STILL HAD SOAP ON IT AND THEY DIDNT DO A GOOD JOB. THEY OVERCHARGED ME. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RUDE SWEARING STAFFBeen to this car was 3 times in the last 4 weeks with a brand new car. I asked the guy before he started to please use a new cloth and I will pay him extra to use it. He charged me £20 for a car wash and an extra £5 for the cloth for the last two times.Today I had a terrible experience. Told the guy to please use a new cloth like last time. When drying the car he didn't. I told him to please use a new one and that I would pay for it. He didn't and said it was a new one it had dirt marks and he had used it on other cars before hand I said the other times it was fresh out the packet why today are you using an old one? He told me RUDELY and AGGRESSIVELY in my face to not tell him what to do and this was his job. He was also SWEARING and talking in his own language to his colleagues.When It came to payment the guys rushed the car leaving soap still on the bonnet, roof and both window mirrors. He then charged me £30 over charging me for a new cloth that he didn't use. This is £10 when the last two times it was £5 and he didn't even use a new cloth an absolute disgrace.
