Tea very diluted and they probably skimmed on the spices for tea. Unflavoured bland discoloured milk. Looks like the flavours are diluted out of the items we ordered. It’s like a Caucasian person made it.Cannot fault service very freindly people. Only downside is I had to ask for tissues and utensils. They are not placed out there for customers to help themselves. Also I asked for freezing cold air conditioning to be switched off. Then it was done but came back on again. Even I asked again the young lady tried to tell me no it’s not on.I had to advise her she is incorrect not me and she switched it to warmer air. Soo they have a habit of telling the customer that they are wrong. This culture is very bad for development and flavour of foodI hope they can improve and take on the constructive criticism I would not recommend it nor would I come back again. Unless they improve

My family and I were on a day trip in Birmingham from London. We stopped at Karak Chaii for some Chaii and food.The staff were really nice and friendly and quick to accommodate all 9 of us including the kids.Even though the store was busy the service was quick and efficient, from the moment we ordered to the time our food arrived. We weren't left waiting around.The Chaii was so good and the food was just as good, especially the milk cake

Really enjoy going here for breakfast and my regular teas throughout the day. Excellent food, tea and service. I also appreciate the young girl Taz for her exceptional customer service, always greets me with a smile and asks me how I’m doing and knows what I’d like to order! Well done Taz!

Had desi breakfast take out and it was absolutely delicious. Fresh ingredients and a lot of flavour in the omelette, keema and chai. Great service and order was ready within minutes!

The menu speaks for itself for its versatility and its venue being friendly and welcoming. The aura and food speak for itself as its cleanliness is top tier. The server was Amirul very polite and easy to talk too.

Nice place to visit. Quiet and relaxed atmosphere.Karak tea was nice and gun powder fries are really full of flavour. Beautiful decor inside.

Me and my wife come to this place often for breakfast. Food is amazing and staff is always friendly and helpful (special thanks to Komal and Aayan). We definitely recommend this place.

Nice atmosphere and clean palace but they need to work on food quality. This palace is good for only tea and snacks rest for breakfast its awful. Paratha were like rubber and masala omelette was just fried egg with red chilies. Just a tea place not for breakfast

My daughter had a mango cooler and drank half of it before we left/ she loved it so much !! Friendly staff. Very cold AC but that’s better than too hot. Looked nice and clean.
