On my last visit the pay machines had been turned off and was asked to send my registration number of the vehicle and payment details. Where are these details going and can they be trusted. Why would I send my payment details (Security etc) to park for an Hour. Please bring back the payment machines. I moved to another car park and will not return. This will be Melksham's loss. If this is rolled out across Wiltshire I don't think it would be very popular.

Decent size open air car park located near the local shops. I had to park here when working at a property next door but couldn't work out who would use this car park and why it was so busy. There are others closer to town. I always use the parking app so had no issues with payment. The per hour charges differed depending on length of stay, but with little consistency..

30p for an hour and MiPermit only. If you stay more than an hour, prices jump much more, so clearly don't want people to stay.
