Superb.Booked in to have my ears looked at following months of issues with balance, hearing, tinnitus. Missed the first appointment due to road closures, called to rearrange and the helpful lady on reception fitted me in a few days later. Arrived early, went straight in, few checks later diagnosed with blocked inner ear tubes. Was given a very simple device to try and so far it's a vast improvement.No quibbles on cost, very good value for money.

Having met with Adrian some years ago for ear irrigation which was a completely pain free experience. Some years later having made another appointment to see the very knowledgeable Adrian Dowling wanting the same treatment only to be told my ears were clear and did not need the irrigation.....Adrian was courteous and gentle with telling me his findings that I had suffered partial hearing loss.... this was a shock at 55 years old...Adrian was amazing with me whilst trialing out the very discreet tiny hearing aids..100% recommend this practice.

I have been using Adrian for a couple of years for basic ear syringing, after an uncomfortable session with the NHS. Right from the beginning he fully explained everything and showed me how his equipment worked, with 'in ear' camera to check the before and after, his equipment is bang up to date and works very well. As I am getting on a bit, last July I asked for a formal hearing test, I am not deaf but realise I have lost full use of the hearing. Like another reviewer, Adrian gave me the opportunity to test different rechargeable hearing aids on a weekly basis over a month. I decided on a pair, and started to use them. They worked brilliantly until unfortunately one had a fault and had to be returned to the manufacturer, and was replaced. This fault was nothing to do with Adrian, but I was impressed with his efforts to make sure the replacement was forthcoming very quickly, and he was successful. I cannot compliment him or his staff enough for the high standard and quality of service I have received and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

In two words 'exemplary service'. This being my fourth set of private hearing aids, I have experience in purchasing, using, and of ongoing service. Compared to the other hearing aid vendors I have done business with, Colwyn Bay Hearing Practice takes top honours.I trialled three makes of hearing aids before deciding upon a recently released pair (Phonak Slim L90-R), that I had trialled as a slightly older version. Sitting outside the other morning it sounded as though we had an aviary in our garden, the unimaginable joy at least to those that have full hearing, of hearing the world in colour again.Back to C.B.H.P. if you require a hearing test and need hearing aids that you can trial at home and then choose, or not without any pressure at all, I highly recommend this practice.

Thai business is absolutely amazing! I had hearing loss and after a cleaning appointment and they found nothing, my ear was clean. Turns out I actually had serious underlying hearing issues and because she could see how upset I was to learn this, I wasn't even charged. Such a lovely, caring person and incredibly professional. Great service.

Booked an appointment here recently to have ear wax removal. The appointment was easy to book (much easier than boots!). I saw Faye who was very friendly and she very quickly sorted out my hearing problem! I would highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely Top Class.I cannot speak highly enough of the staff and the service my elderly relative received here today. He went in as deaf as a post and 10 minutes later was able to hear again. Hearing him laugh again was the best sound ever. The staff could not have been kinder, nicer or more caring. I wish there were more people like them in the World. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
