New trousers to be taken up. £17 could have done better myself. Anywhere else in the country would not get away with such a poor job. Turn ups not the same not cheap trousers. V,bad job.

I took a parcel to be returned after just ripping my thumb nail off, not wanting to get blood on my coat and after mentioning it to Kelly she got the plasters out and nothing was too much trouble for her. Fantastic customer care and service. It’s nice to see that people do still care. Thank you Kelly for being lovely and for being so considerate, stay safe xx

Visited the store today had photos printed to make large gallery .Kelly was amazing patient and helpful , would have not managed without her kind manner and professionalism !Well done Kelly hope there paying you well , so unusual these days excellent customer service 10 /10

Ruined my suit jacket and blamed it on moths, took it in for a dry clean it's now unwearable!Went to a few other places and they all agreed that there is no way the damage was caused by moths, it looked more like abrasion. The lady on the desk at the Lancaster branch in Asda agreed that it was in perfect condition and moths wouldn't of caused the damage!After a 3 week wait for the investigation, I'm told there's nothing they will do. The blazer was only 6 months old, was always kept in a sealed bag and has only been worn twice! Absolutely disgusted with this place, will never use them again! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Straight forward reception and friendly staff. Answered all my questions and let me know what to expect at point of collection. Not my first time as well, the service’s always as expected in regards delivery time and dry cleaning quality.
