I saw a car online but being 6 hours away and restrictions still in place I was not sure if it was practical.I spoke with Gabriella who was incredibly helpful, answered all my queries and even provided some extra photos I asked for.The car was very fairly priced and Gabriella was able to get me a competitive price for the car to be transported nearer to me so I could collect.With the 12 month AA Warranty it gave me the confidence to buy the car.I collected the car yesterday and I am thrilled with it, the car is as expected.I would definitely recommend buying a car from t.i.m even with the current restrictions they were able to adapt and provide a great service. Ask for Gabriella!

Stuart in the service department is top draw he did a warranty repair in our Fiat he organised parts over Christmas rang to confirm parts had arrived and to confirm the date and time of the repair. The team at T.I.M really helped me out of a huge mess. I was left in the lurch by another garage, then was looking a bill of thousands, but thanks to the problem solving skills the team have at T.I.M, I’m back on the road for a fraction of the initial quote from the supplier. My family have been going here for years and we plan to continue for many more. They offer a very trustworthy, cost-effective service and are a joy to speak with. I wish there were more stars.
