Direct Defence Krav Maga

I have been to classes for the last few months and have recently passed the first practitioner level. Adam is a great instructor, classes are inclusive, accessible for all levels and I have been enjoying Krav Maga so much. I would recommend Krav Maga with Adam to anyone who is looking to learn some practical defense skills or to develop already acquired skills. Bring on P2! Thanks Adam!!

Direct Defence Krav Maga classes are so much fun, a great work out and you learn a life saving skill. I cannot recommend Adam's Krav Maga classes highly enough.
