Place is great no complaints apart from the reception staff wouldn’t last two minutes here with attitudes if I owned this, not just once but both time I’ve been here now! If you don’t want to work here don’t!

Unfortunately, the lady selling the food can't give the change that is due because they probably can't count they have to go back to school they are rude! Please pay attention when paying for food or drink. I will definitely not come back here and I do not advise everyone against it,And besides, people are looking for a table to sit down a lot of tables are free but they are all dirty and of course the lady does not want to wipe them down rude service not a nice place I definitely do not recommend

Can you wear grippy socks from other parks? Only our own super cool socks are able to be worn in the park"Meaning that even if the socks are made in the same Chinese sweat shop or even if you have professional trampoline socks

The children loved the Experience and trampolining . The youngest was her 1st time. Good value 2 hours for a couple of quid more.

Pretty average for trampolining variety, I thought it was a big variety of things to do but really not that much to do, would only go for an hour session tops. Staff were polite and helpful, had an issue with the screen and one memeber came to help without being prompted. Go to flip out at Wellington instead if you want a large variety of trampoline based activities, the kids have a whole warehouse full of different kit to play on. Usual socks issue with trampoline centres having to have their specific socks but the kids did have a fun hour.

Took two kids under 5 to a Sunday mini adrenaline session, very blunt staff with little customer service and quite rude. Lot of good bits to use, but all feels tired: lots of lockets broken and taped up, roof leaking, areas shut off, equipment looked ripped etc. Kids happy and good value.... But let down by the staff and feel of the place.

My 16 year old thoroughly enjoyed the VR gaming here. He did a trampolining and VR combo. The trampoline area is ideal for kids up to 13 but not once they grow to small adult side. I was pleased to see that the staff, despite being young were prepared to tell off and in fact bar throw out a teen for unacceptable behaviour - well done!
