Not great booked in for a collection service as I needed help with my laundry and nobody turned up it took for me to call them to see if they where still comming. I was told there was nobody home but as my farther was home and husband works from home and we have cctv we know this was not true

This was a good place to wash your clothes, it was clean and the staff were very helpful and polite. Highly recommend

Very clean, well managed

First time using this laundromat and I put in four 1pound coins. It came up as 3.50, now because I know I possessed only 1pound coins I tell the store person. He comes up tells me I definitely put a 50p, I disagreed so he opens the coin store and there was a 50p. Now I’m thinking oh, maybe I did have a 50p. The store person says to put another 1 pound in and I oblige, then he walks off with the 50p saying they don’t accept 50p. Not the best first visit as I would have expect to get the 50p knowing undoubtedly that I put in four coins.

Fantastic service! My wedding dress was collected, dry cleaned and delivered back. Great service and super friendly staff! Great value for money too. This really is the best laundrette in Swansea.
