Hubby and I both had fish and chips, absolutely disgusting. The fish was nothing but hollow solid batter and what little fish there was inside was too chewy to eat. Never going back!

Firstly. Service wow. Poor lass I could see how hot and exhausted she was. Shop was packed. And still a smile on her face for every transaction!Even after I had to quickly get some cash.Food, delicious! Too nice that I was absolutely stuffed!Great prices for great portions! Beautifully cooked fish.

My first time of trying and had the meal deal which includes, fish n chips, fish cake, kids fish bits, mushy peas, beans, pop,Eh ER might have missed off a item all for £15 pounds. Short on spam fritter which I wanted but fryman gave me extra food.Two days later, finished off food.All very nice.

Got to be one of the best fish n chips shops in the North East of England.Cooked to order, the batter is crisp and the fish inside white and flakey just as it should be. Cooked to perfection every time. I regularly enjoy my evening meal from here.

Never fails to please little gem hidden away fish takes some beating not thick and dry 1 portion feeds 2 easily I travel 8 miles to get mine there
