Victoria bathroom

Martin and the team have been brilliant.I went into the Victoria bathroom showroom for the first time in September and we now have a new bathroom and shower room 3 months later. I'm impressed by the speed in which this project has moved, without compromising quality or thought.Martin was flexible with changes in ideas and products. He has been available to help with queries and kept in touch frequently when the building work started. There were a couple of issues along the way. These were rectified or solutions were quickly found by the team. The team were friendly and worked hard to finish the project and cleaned up afterwards.I would wholeheartedly recommend this company. Thank you Martin, Ben, Hussain and the whole team. Your hard work is much appreciated and the bathrooms look great.

We're so pleased with our beautiful bathroom! Martin was really quick and right on time from the first steps of the project. His designs were excellent, and we couldn't have been happier! Martin and his team were extremely professional and friendly throughout. Highly recommended!

Cowboys!! They did dreadful work on my bathroom, resulting in numerous leaks and raw sewage flooding my garden. None of the work was certified by buildings control (as required for changes to floor strength, thermal envelope, ground drainage, and ventilation) and all needs to be redone. BEWARE—when I issued a Letter Before Action to take them to court to recover my money, they took steps to dissolve the company the following week. Victoria Bath has now been dissolved (October 2023) but the same director is trading from the same premises as 'Victoria Buildings'. Don't be taken in by these crooks.

We recently refurbed our en-suite" and bought all our materials and fittings from Victoria Bath. Everything was of a high quality and at a reasonable price. We had a brilliant service from this company during our (nearing completion) bathroom extension. They supplied a number of fittings for a walk-in shower, WC, basin unit and tiling. A special mention must go to Martin for his knowledge and wise advice, and especially for his willingness to change items and supply new ones - all conducted in a very helpful and efficient manner. I would definitely use them again and recommend them heartily.
