They fitted a new GPU and PSU. Excellent job including cable management which is not easy to do with a gaming PC. They took the extra time to do this. Very friendly, very helpful and very good value for money

my pc was faulty so took it to them to realise the faulty components, they had it for 3 days and wanted it for another. i would have to chase up constantly even though them telling me they would ring me on multiple occasions.took it to another place and they diagnosed the issue in 10 minutes and said whoever looked at this didn't even attempt to take a look.dont go here go somewhere else will do it much cheaper and much quicker

My laptop was old and very slow, taking 15 minutes to boot up. I asked nuneaton computer shop if they could do anything to help and they suggested I upgrade the hard drive to an SSD. After doing that it now boots up within 15 seconds!Very polite and helpful staff at affordable prices! Definitely recommend.

I was having problems with my sound for Zoom sessions and was quite baffled as to why people were telling me I sounded like I was under water. I phoned out of the blue during the third lockdown. Alex picked up the phone and remotely linked up to my computer screen to see what was going on. After buying a headset and microphone I called again to test this out. Alex figured out that the problem was the Zoom setting, which would never have occurred to me. I am very grateful and extremely impressed with the service. I can highly recommend Nuneaton Computer Shop. I will definitely be using it again.
