The worst terrible experience. Heena in Wood Green is the best salon they do great Turkish style blow dry, it’s nothing like this here. You can’t just put your name on a shop but don’t have the same technique everywhere this is extremely misleading. I’m very disappointed and not even sure I’ll go to either salon as I’m just gutted by the service I received.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!This store is daylight robbery. The hairdressers are very unclear with prices, they display prices on the windows and then they charge you double or triple!!Very unprofessional, horrible result with the hair I would have done better myself at home. The woman which was translating is so rude and arrogant . I really felt disrespected and taken advantage( when she was putting the plastic apron her hand were stinking of smoke).If you think to get your hair done please think twice and don’t let this clown people take advantage off you

Great Hair Salon. I was lucky enough to get a walk in appointment, root colour was perfect shade, blow dry lasted for few days! And for £45 when a salon next door quoted £88+.Also did a quick hassle free eyebrow tint.Will definitely become a regular here and great customer service.

I just have my haircut done with them and the way the guy did hair wash, hair dry and haircut is so disgusting and he is so harsh while combing and even blow dry worst service ever I got anywhere. Highly not recommended to anyone

Ask for price before hand. I visited them twice in the past and always left so happy with haircut and price so I didn't think to ask. I got charged double the amount of previous times..... Not sure why. Regretfully won't come back. Felt they weren't honest and taken advantage off

Rarely leave reviews but have to say something. I went to get my eyebrows threaded as it stated eyebrow threading specialist on the door so I expected that. The person who threaded my eyebrows was really rude and unprofessional, I’d let that slide but they clearly did not know what they were doing in regards to threading as my brows looked exactly the same, and when I mentioned that they went back and threaded again .. and they still looked the same and I realised then you really cannot call yourself specialists and have staff who can’t thread eyebrows. Also a lack of Covid safety measures were in place. I wouldn’t recommend.

It was my third time getting a haircut here and as always, the service was great! The hairdressers asked me for a reference picture of what I wanted, and the male hairdresser exactly copied it! They are all polite and informed me of the price beforehand. Would come back here again10/10

I am very disappointed with the treatment I received today. The lady who threaded my eyebrows completely disregarded the shape of my eyebrows and made them far too thin and even shortened the end of one. She attempted to rectify this with a tint afterwards, but did so very poorly. I have gone to this shop for this treatment regularly since it opened, but was treated by a different lady today. The standard of the staff clearly varies greatly. I won't be going back.

My daughter had her haircut there yesterday and looked nice as she'd curled it. Now its obvious why she curled it, was to cover the botched haircut. After straightening it the damage was noticeable. Wasnt even, chunks instead of layers basically ruined her long hair. When I went to complain today the hairdressers said yes she cut her her but didn't cut it like that and someone else must have cut it after. Really??? Own up when you mess up and yes got a full refund and yes it'll be posted all over Facebook to warn others. If only I could upload a picture my daughter is so upset as she now has to have loads of her hair cut off to rectify the botched haircut she was given. My advice is go somewhere else even if you have to pay a little more.
