Pia Moves - Massage & Yoga
I've just had my second massage with Pia and booked my next one too.I was initially looking for some help with pain and stiffness that I thought might be related to stress and poor posture, but this is unlike anything I've experienced before.I liked that Pia had previously practiced as an osteopath, and her deep understanding of our physiology is obvious.I've had massages, physiotherapy and osteopathy before and none have come close to Pia's massage.I genuinely feel a level of relaxation that I didn't know was possible.The head-to-toe tingly floaty feeling" as I like to call it is like a reboot for the body and mind.A lasting feeling of relaxation.I can't recommend Pia highly enough

Pia wealth of experience and depth of knowledge means that her practice, one to ones and classes are really excellent. Her energy, commitment and personality mean that even though there is gravitas its also fun, I can't recommend her highly enough.
