Welcoming and friendly staff. Travelled from Abergavenny and my sasmung flip4 was sorted and sent off for repair in a quick and helpful manner the same day. I was looking for a new sim only contract. I went to Vodafone and waited two weeks for a ridiculous credit check and I failed because I am a no income student. Then I choose O2, the staff was very friendly and helpful, I got me new deal and SIM card ready at the same day, really efficient.

Very helpful - fully charged my phone while I went shopping. No drama just good service.

I have sign for a contract which was limited data on my phone for 11 pound but guess the first month they took around 20 pounds on my account saying that was my usage but I did not use that at all I told them to make permanent so that it can stop if I go beyond my usage.They have gone worse they took around 56 pound from my bank account again with my permission I didn’t realise they were doing for three months then i decided to check what was wrong with my bank account to find out that they took around 150 pounds extra from my account. I took my bank statement to them they refuse to refund my money and they told me I must pay money to get off this contract.The contract I signed with them was nothing like this they decided to ignore it saying that how much I used. I limited myself not using internet at all I do it when am using map or calling someone. My card it self said limited account how can I go over the limited access.Successfully I decide to write this report every where including GOVERNMENT Website attaching my contract and my bank statement.Disgusting how they are know expecting me to pay to cancel the contract after all they took from me.

Desperately needed my sim sorted, and the staff were able to fix it. Very kind and friendly service.

Terrible waiting time to get a upgrade my dads phone waited for a hour and a half absolutely ridiculous shouldn’t have to wait so long and I kept being transferred and never got through to actually upgrading I finally was able to just upgrade myself through my phone never upgrading through phone again waste of time..overall lovely staff throughout

Been trying to contact the store for two days but they don’t answer their phone. Pre ordered a mobile phone on o2 switch but the sale assistant (Evan) ordered phone to wrong store even though this was specifically stressed to him on the day.Update .. Been trying to contact the store since Friday 17th November (now Monday 20th November) without any success, spoke to store in my local area who have also tried along with o2 customer service and nobody is able to get hold of anyone in store. Complaint has now been raised further with o2 customer services support

Last week i have received a text from o2 that my phone is there to collect and i happily went to collect my phone but unfortunately at that time my credit score wasn't enough but there was a nice lady/girl janina she is amazing she was so polite to me and even she extended the days for keeping my sell phone and today after long week wait i have got my phone just because of janina highly appreciate her service and her politeness she is a wonderful worker thank you janina for you amazing service highly recommended ♥️
