Very helpful staff

Wonderful and knowledgeable staff who are always keen to help. I called 111 late at night with an issue and they suggested that I call the pharmacy (they were my nominated pharmacy) in the morning. Received a call from the pharmacy in the morning checking in on the issue, answering questions I had about medication, and recommending next steps / who to consult in case the matter escalates. This was very much appreciated!

The pharmacy is good. But the location is not accurate. You need to enter from the previous entrance, or you can reach the place from inside.

The experienced gentleman pharmacist and his two fellow female pharmacists do their very best, in sometimes difficult circumstances. I really appreciate all their efforts. Thank you

The kindest & most nurturing, helpful & honest people that you could ever wish to meet. They will not ever pry into your life or issues, but are insightful enough to know exactly if, or when to ask how you are.They have been more of a lifeline to me than they will ever know, & have been just as important to me as my GP, if not more so.

Last month I was visiting my partner in Manchester when we had to isolate due to Covid19. This was extremely stressful as I am on various medications that I really cannot go without. The pharmacist at Wise pharmacy was absolutely amazing. He worked so hard to organise an emergency prescription to me (within 24 hours!!) Not only did I feel supported by the pharmacy and the pharmacist, I felt they truly cared for me and their other patients well being. Thank you Wise Pharmacy !!!!

The gentlemen often working there is an absolute gem and it’s always a pleasure to have a chat with him when I pick up my prescription. unfortunately the rest of the staff I’ve experienced haven’t been as friendly however working for the nhs in its current state - I wouldn’t be particularly happy either! A few times they haven’t had what I needed in and I’ve had to travel elsewhere. And on multiple occasions they’ve failed to acknowledge my changed name which has been pretty uncomfortable for me, but I imagine the system is a nightmare and I doubt anyone is to blame specifically. Other than that, usually very speedy getting my prescription and I really cannot speak highly enough of the lovely gentlemen that works there!

Great service when giving me my prescription. The lady who served me was such a nice lady. You can feel they genuinely want to help.
