Dirty grimey and didn't feel safe, the stairwells smell like a toilet, the lifts were dirty, and the car parking well it's very tight for larger cars and it doesn't feel very safe at all. Other than that it's close to torquay centre

It’s a dump of a place, druggys hanging out in the walk ways, the stairs smell of urine, I think you could catch worse than covid from the handrails.

Minimum card payment £2.50 for some reason. Had to go back to withdraw £5 note to pay £1.40 for the parking. None of the machines would accept it. Told by staff that the machines may be faulty and asked to try lvl5. That one rejected the money too, by that time the charge had gone up to £2.50. When asked for help again, was told the machines were fine and to go get change (again!! From lvl5 this time). Ended up paying £2.50 by card as I wasn't going to run back and forth with the shopping and a 4 year old. Disgusting attitude from staff

Convenient car park for the town centre where you pay when you exit), but like a lot of car parks these days it's very grubby.A number of the larger retailers are now closed in Torquay (Debenhams and New Look both had large shops here but have gone) - but there are still a few bigger stores left (including Primark) and some unique smaller shops.There's a Wetherspoons too, so a great place to sit it out with a £1.45 bottomless coffee if it's pouring down as it often is in this country!

Very run-down car park, graffiti everywhere and is used by the local drug users. The local council needs to address this and clean this place up. Disgusting and such an eye sore for Torquay.

Lower Union Lane Car Park
Located behind the New Merlin Cinema this multistorey car park is accessed by driving down the main shopping street and turning off down a narrow one way lane near McDonald's. It's pay on return to your car, cash or card accepted by the machines you just need to remember your car reg. Use the walkway tunnel to go straight from the car park to the main shopping street. Open 7.30am to 11pm. £1.40/ hour in 2022 but check council website for up to date charges.
