JACK & JONES

I really struggle finding an outfit to wear but every time I go into jack and jones I come out feeling nice. Every time I’ve been in the store I’ve walked out with an outfit that fits and is of a high reasonably priced quality.

It's a okay shop but the online shopping is not that great it never accepts your card most times.your better of going to the store in your town,but sometimes they don't have what you can get online.

Would really like to say how amazing the female salesperson was on my recent trip here on the 15th. From looking at the receipt I believe her names Emma? She was unbelievably helpful at finding the right pair of jeans for me and chose 2 different fits that she thought would best suit my needs. I have to say the pair she chose are probably the best jeans I’ve had for a long time with my current figure. She even offered to take my items to the cashier point to aid me browsing other items. As far as I could see she was on her own in the store and bless her was surprised I asked if I could recommend her for something given how high her customer service skills are. But fundamentally I’m grateful for her service and hope she definitely gets some recognition for her work!

Went in to look for a gift for my grandson ,the young lady was very helpful ,and we chatted while she put my purchase through x

Wrong Jeans sent from online order, called local store they said bring them in and exchange for the ones originally ordered. Took jeans in and the chap refused to exchange unless I paid more for the same jeans as they were more in store. Even though I showed him the online receipt, chap was arrogant and point blank refused.

Went in with my husband with a coat we bought few months ago which had ripped.We had no receipt, explained the situation.Was very impressed and happy with the service we received from staff especially manager Chloe who did an exchange for us straight away.Very impressed with the efforts put in by her to make sure we were well looked after throughout our shopping trip at the store.If only other shops trained their staff the same.

Popped in for a gift for other half. Staff are attentive and friendly. Chatty and only ask the once if you would like help and then leave you to your shopping. But are available when needed. Quality products that always wash well. Worth spending a little more on as they last.

I'd bought some items from Jack Jones Belfast whilst away with work which in the end, I didn't need. I tried to take them back to Derby but due to admin reasons in the back ground there was some issues. The stance of Jack Jones was that I needed to travel back to Belfast.Thankfully, the team at Derby were superb. They continued trying to help me resolve the issue by giving me contact details and making calls/checking the internet themselves.Eventually, common sense prevailed and the problem was dealt with. Manny and Keeley were excellent in their whole approach. I wouldn't hesitate to shop at Jack Jones Derby in the future. Great service!

The staff here are excellent ! Always very happy to help and friendly too.Clothes are good quality and reasonably priced.Ian
