Very noisy. You are allowed one hour in the play area. It costs £3 per child. I ordered food and the wrong adult meal came altho they did change it. Grilled chicken and peppers which was fine. The kids food wasn't very nice Greasy macaroni and stiff overcooked chicken nuggets. One woman nearby said the toilets were disgusting but I didn't visit them. I had to drink coke as they had no bottled water which I found to be puzzling and poor service. The screaming of kids didn't help. It was hot stuffy and too crowded. Will not visit again. I spent 30 quid for one hour. Next time I will go to an outside play park.

Good food and great value for money. There is a children's play area next door so it's perfect for the children to have a run around while the parents finish their drinks.Sometimes with cheaper meals they can be quite bland but not these; I had the mixed grill and it was spot on.We used the app for table service and it was nice and easy and meant we didn't have to queue either.Service was a bit lukewarm otherwise it would have rated higher. All in all, we got two adult meals, two children meals, drinks and two ice creams. With the £5 off voucher, it came to £37.50. Good value and somewhere we will return to.

The food really wasn't great. We didn't finish it and had to head to Tesco's afterwards to grab a salad. The service was polite enough although not overly friendly. Our meals were served and we were told where to get our cutlery. This was the extent of any communication. The atmosphere was quite flat and dark. Not a fun place to eat. I also had a £5 voucher that had enticed me to try a sizzling pub. But I wasn't allowed to use it alongside the 2 for £12" deal. So I opted instead

Had such a lovely experience here! Come in for dinner with a few friends and it has such a great atmosphere! We had the most friendly waitress I think her name was hannah! She went above and beyond to make us have the best time whilst there! She was bubbly and smiley! We definitely will be returning!

I would rate this 4 star when it comes to the setting, the food and the staff, however I feel that there is underhanded profiteering going on here, this is the second sizzling restaurant we have been to recently and both times have been hit with extra charges and although not large it is the principle that is annoying. On this occasion I ordered a classic mixed grill, I was asked which sauce of three did I want with it, I assumed that this was part of the dish and made my choice, at no time was I told that this was a chargeable extra (£1.29), I probably wouldn't have bothered I wasn't that bothered about a sauce, on another recent occasion at a different sizzler when ordering scampi, chips and peas I was asked what peas I wanted, I went for mushy, once again extra charge without being informed (80p) garden peas no charge, if we go to another sizzler do I have to query the charge of every item on my plate.....

It's really nice here, been quite a few times. The last time was to celebrate my sons 18th birthday. Good choice of food, not too busy, we reserved a table and it was nice that it wasn't too loud. We were able to order at the table online and get everything brought to us. Very friendly staff. Unfortunately, the birthday boy found a bit of blue material inside his burger, so it put him off. The staff were really helpful, they refunded the cost of his meal, and asked if he'd like anything else instead. They think that it came from a hair net from the supplier, but it wasn't their fault. Aside from that, we've never had an issue in all the time we've gone there.

Honestly can’t say anything was great. Over an hour for food, table of 10, all brought at different times so some had eaten and finished before the next was brought out. Like warm at best. Gammon dry and tough. Tortilla wraps were over cooked and dry. First and last time here.

I wasn't expecting too much with it being a budget pub, but the food was really lovely, good size portions and really good prices. I paid £8.49 for a halloumi fajita platter, which was really big! Also got a free large pepsi with the app as a welcome drink. Will definitely be coming back here, staff and manager were lovely as well and helpful. Thanks ☺️

I have been few time loved the time I spent there & food is lovely & the service however today, both safety gate to go in & out of the soft play were broken, my two year old little boy got out & was found in the car park, I thought he was playing in soft play area however i soon reliesd he escaped! when I told a member of management he wasn't bothered & that my child is my responsibility! the safety of children should in any soft should be staffs priority in any soft play to make gates are closed at all times, even the lady behind the counter who let's people in left the gate open & we had to close it on a few occasions, I hope on next visit the gate are fixed so I can feel safe to bring my children again

Food was mediocre, didn't particularly enjoy it. I was sat watching the staff clean up" yes they wipe the tables down but they brush all discarded food on to the floor then under the tables
