Cannot fault the service we have recieved here. Staff are hard working and super efficient. They are friendly and helpful both in person and over the phone. Appointments always run to time and are efficient. Questions are always answered effectively and written information provided (brace/retainer care etc.)We are absolutely delighted with the results of my daughter's new smile! Were referred to the clinic because both my children needed braces, had been on the waiting list for 2 years and were told they don't qualify even if both have crooked teeth. Will take the matter further and complain...

My daughter has had her brace for over five years now, and we don’t seem to be any closer to having them removed.Appointments are given every 12 weeks, which is way too long between treatment.We were told she didn’t need any teeth removed at the very beginning of treatment, we didn’t agree, so the brace was fitted. Over two years later, it was decided teeth did need to be removed. What was the point of the first 2 years?Her teeth look great now, but she’s at uni and wants this to be over. Today, she thought the brace would be removed, only to be given another appointment for March 2024. By then, she would’ve had a brace for almost 6 years.It’s just not acceptable.She’s an NHS patient, but I actually wish we’d just paid private and gone elsewhere.
