Had my car in for a service. Simply excellent service and a great team. Great communication, very helpful. They go above and beyond and have a proactive and can-do attitude. Service work finished extremely quick; I've had less work take far more time elsewhere.Would highly recommend.

I’ve been driving Audi’s for the past 20 years and have, now, used four different Audi garages in that time. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, that this has been the most pleasant experience I have ever had from Audi.Had to drop my car off for a service and I booked it with Aylesbury Audi, rather than my local Audi, as an earlier slot was available. Received a very warm and helpful welcome from the manager. Craig in the Service Department was absolutely fantastic. I tend to ask a lot of questions. All of which were answered with pleasure. It seemed as if nothing was too much trouble.For me personally, it’s the small things which make a big difference. Aylesbury Audi definitely did not fail to deliver in that department.Will definitely be using them in the future.

Great service from Bryan and the service team. They managed to put my car back together after getting it fixed by a different mechanic who made a mess of things. They worked quickly and at a reasonable cost to get me back on the road. The best service I have received from any garage by far!

It seems that I have been quite unlucky in my experiences. I feel compelled to share my recent experiences at the Audi Aylesbury-approved dealer.On two separate occasions, I encountered significant issues following service. The first incident occurred in December 2022 when my brakes were left loose, resulting in a near-miss accident. More recently, my engine started making unusual noises and eventually failed to start altogether. It is important to note that my car is 5 years old and has low mileage. These incidents have raised concerns regarding the safety checks conducted after services, as they have not only put me at risk but also caused a great deal of emotional stress.First incident they apologised and gave me a cleaning kit!I have a service plan in place and recently paid £842 plus VAT for the most recent service on 9/10/23. Unfortunately, due to the service and subsequent issues, l am left now without a car.

We purchased a used car from Audi Aylesbury last year and were really pleased, however when we received the car there were a number of things that needed doing, which was frustrating however they did sort these.The fuel cap on my car broke within the years warrantee, which they fixed however there is a bit of damaged paint work right next to the fuel cap, in the grove where the fuel cap sits. They first said I had caused the damage, however the story kept changing as to whether I did it prior to the car going in or in the couple of hours after I had it back.I provided images of the car showing no damage and as a gesture of goodwill they agreed to touch in the paint work. That was two months ago, I’ve tried calling and either been left ringing, left multiple messages to which no one replies, tried their Head of Dealership who also doesn’t respond and the customer service centre who rely on the managers within the branch calling, who fail to do so.I’m beyond fed up and definitely would expect better service from a brand like Audi.
