First time going into this particular Range and loved it. Really helpful staff, who were able to give me more than the generic answers. Defo visit again with my children for the impressive Seasonal displays alone. This Halloween display is the best yet.

It's a good store with lots of choice. Some of the staff are a bit miserable, but I have never worked for the Range, so their may be a reason why, and the shoppers don't know about it. One till open, with long queue. And 3 staff standing talking. ? However, the person on the till was the exception. Cheerful and helpful. So, it's not all bad. She is why I give you 3.

Staff didn't know where anything was . Asked 3 different staff members. Sent me to different locations in the shop. Eventually found the product on my own. When I got to the checkout both assistants were moaning about the constant customers at the tills. ( there were two people in each que and only two tills on ) . Not the best customer service and if your going to moaning about customers at a till then maybe retail isn't your best choice of employment

Not been for ages so time for a look around, was not disappointed. A few things caught my eye to relax in the garden in comfort and a fantastic choice of BBQs. A couple of things for the kitchen as well.

Good range of pictures an frames at reasonable cost got served quickly. Used to have toilets but could not find them! Large selection of Christmas stuff.

I'm never quite sure how this shop stays open when good shops like Wilkos are closing. In my opinion this store is scruffy and sells low quality products at above average prices and doesn't quite fit in with the high standards of the aintree retail park, something doesn't add up.

It's a great shop with a great range of products. But there are never any staff close buy to help you .And I don't like searching the shop looking for someone, with a small child in tow .

I’ve been everywhere looking for a decent tall kitchen pedal bin..and the Range had a wide selection of choices..The assistant was really helpful and helped me choose..A great store with a huge selection of items for the home..
