Had a 1 hour treatment with Rod today to help ease pain/fix my torn medial meniscus. A very relaxed environment and thorough briefing on ways I can go about helping to improve my condition with exercises etc. Overall a very professional experience and would not hesitate in highly recommending Rod.

Highly recommend Rod! I needed an asap deep tissue massage for a very sore neck and shoulder and he was able to accommodate me on the same day. Super friendly and welcoming.The relief was amazing and look forward to feeling even better in the days to come.I felt in very good hands and will definitely be returning.

Highly recommend. Professional, friendly and puts me at ease immediately. Rod has even helped me last minute a few times when my neck/shoulders went into spasm, I went in barely able to move my head and came out achy but with almost complete range of movement restored and recovered 10 times quicker than I would have done alone.
