BodyFocus - Mobile Osteopathy and Massage

I booked with Body Focus for a sports massage and full body deep tissue massage, as I’d been having some issues with my hamstring and my shoulder. Becky was friendly and professional, and made me feel instantly at ease. Both massages were great and really tailored to my needs - I felt much better afterwards! She even gave me some helpful exercises to work on myself afterwards. I’d thoroughly recommend booking with Becky, and will definitely be booking again myself in future!
