These trips have been the highlight of my summer. Sue and her wonderful team have safety at the forefront of everything they do. Have been to some wonderful locations and taken part in everything from cave swims; safari snorkelling; bioluminescence swim; walk swims to the most amazing secluded beaches and met some really lovely people. Looking forward to many more adventures

Sue and her team offer a professional and friendly service, providing a range of wild swim experiences for all abilities. Since moving to Pembrokeshire to care for my Mum, Sue's sessions have been a huge factor in calming anxiety and relieving the sense of being overwhelmed with my new role. I've also gained a lot of confidence, now being comfortable swimming out of my depth, front crawl, head down and goggles on for longer distances, where previously I could only achieve this in a pool. I am becoming more familiar with the more secluded beaches in the area and have met many like-minded, welcoming people who I wouldn't have met otherwise. Every session is special - whether you choose a weekly swimming lesson or one of the adventure sessions where you may find yourself in the sea in the middle of the night, surrounded by sparkles, exploring a cave, discovering wildlife, warming up round a campfire or completely naked! The ability to have a genuine adventure knowing that you are safe is priceless.

Awesome swim in a fabulous location. Friendly and supportive group. You won't be disappointed . A must do either if you are visiting Wales or a local looking for something a bit different. Lots on offer to suit all preferences and ability. Super safe as well with very robust safety protocols. Excellent value for money and Sue is fab.

We can all just go for a swim in the sea can’t we? Well yes, but going with Wild Swim Wales is more than just a swim. Specific events such as instructive snorkel safaris, sunset swims, sparkle night swims or cave swims combine something a bit different with really enjoyable socialising; a feeling of safety and a smidgeon of education. Sue’s experience is evident throughout, demonstrating best practice and great understanding of keeping participants relaxed and involved. Sue is extremely knowledgeable about the Pembrokeshire coastline, tides, currents, sea conditions and weather, enabling swimmers to feel a bit braver about taking on swims which may be pushing our comfort zones. Her awareness of safety issues that might be encountered is superb; she and her team are well prepared for any eventuality, from managing people’s coldness to providing a very welcome beach fire and marshmallows after the sunset swim!I’m happy to have been introduced to this group!

One of Sue’s cave swims was an amazing experience. The scenic walk along the coastal path, the amazing and magical colour of the sea and swimbling through the caves with the waterfall was just incredible. So much so I’m booked onto another one which I’m excited for! Have also been to some of Sue’s sea swimming lessons and learned a great deal. I highly recommend WildSwimWales for their knowledge, professsionalism and safety.

What can I say about this fabulous company. I started my wild swimming journey in January 2022( wrong time of year to start but I have always been a bit different!!)I can swim for hours in a pool but have always been apprehensive of swimming in the sea- over active imagination of what lurks beneath and a respect for the Sea too.Sue and crew have made me feel at ease and I love it. I am only sorry I have to work during the week otherwise I would be there for all sessions. If you want a fun, safe and educational experience of how to swim safely in the sea, give Sue et al a shout and I can guarantee you, you will not be disappointed xx

Started swimming with Sue in Feb 2022 and haven’t stopped since. Sue and her team are fab, helpful and really knowledgable. I’ve attended intro to wild swimming, sunset dips, cave swims and more and it’s different every time, really enjoyable.

I went on a cave and sunset swim last night and it was an amazing experience with the lovely Sue. I've only recently begun wild swimming and Sue was fantastic at giving me the confidence to do my first sea swim out of my depth. She had arranged lifeguard assistance for the event and even marshmallows and biscuits for the after-swim campfire on the beach. I would definitely recommend attending one of Wild Swim Wales's events, great for all swimming abilities and excellent family activity.

We have a fantastic time every time we go out with Sue and her team. We learn something new everytime, for example...did you know the flashing lights of each lighthouse in close proximity of each other, give out a different flash pattern so that they can be easily identified by seamen. So not only does it warn of the dangers of the rocks it tells them where on the coast they are. We always look forward to our next swim.
