I used this garage a few times since i moved to Milton Keynes, first they managed to sort a issue that other places in the area could not in regards to my egr. Second time was the only place that managed go get my wheel aligment right, pinpointing what the issue actually was that 4 other places could not get it right and what needed to be done to sort things out. Third time and i think this comes on top in my view compared to many other places, the way they handled things when went wrong after a new part was fitted in gived up in less than 24h, going the extra mile to sort it out with the part suplier and to reduce as much as possible the downtime for myself being honest in regards with the matter.

One of the best and honest garages in Milton Keynes, highly recommend them as they are there to help and not over charge you like most other garages. They will tell you straight what the issue is and get you back on the road as quick as they can.

The team at Unit18 regularly service and maintain both of our cars and the service has been unilaterally outstanding. Recently, my X4 had a faulty tyre pressure sensor, which apparently couldn't be diagnosed at BMW, however Unit 18 managed to work out that the sensor had come off the alloy inside the tyre, and was fixed within the day. Well impressed!

After doing some research on VW specialist garages locally, I found one based in Milton Keynes. I decided to go with these guys as they made me feel comfortable knowing that they deal with VW group modifications. I own a MK7.5 VW Golf GTD and I have begun upgrading it’s parts. My first upgrades are the displayed Racing Line 600 Intake along with a Stage 1 ECU map. They quoted between 220/230BHP. Although they don’t have access to a dyno, they did assure me that the ECU map is designed and tested against unmodified cars. Verdict, so far so good!

Everyone at Unit 18 has been exceptional in their service and at a great price. Even with some challenges they arrange to come out to assist and rectify without any question of blame / fault or trying to avoid. Would highly recommend every time. Fantastic service from the team at unit 18, they diagnosed a EPC light and were very thorough in checking the rest of the car over and advising on additional issues. The car now drives and runs fantastic props to the guys there, returning customer and would highly recommend

I’ve been using this garage since 2008, my Skodas & VWs are long gone but I still bring my BMW here because I know they guys will do a top job and I don’t need to stress about my car being taken care of. Great service, great value for money and very knowledgeable staff. Can’t fault them.
