Worst company ever!!! Guys be careful with who you are doing your contract. When I canceled my contract earlier they said you don't have to pay anything just the bill of that month. However, they didn't send me any proof of what they said. But guess what,3 years later a company with credit loans came to me saying you own to virgin media 190£!!!!!!! I couldn't prove to them anything that virgin didn't send me the last bill. And when I called them they were so rude, disrespectful and swearing !!! What the hell it's wrong with them. Be careful when you sign contract with them. Have always written proof.ALWAYS!!! If you don't want to end up being cased by loan companies.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I have had ongoing issues for 6-8 weeks with having no internet. I have had 4 engineers attend so far, with a 5th booked in to attend in the next 48 hours. STILL NO INTERNET. I don’t particularly blame the engineers as they are attempting to seek resolution to what may be a complex issue. However whenever I contact the customer service call centre I am lied to, delayed, left on hold, and handed over to other staff and ‘managers’ all with no apologies for this joke of a company. I am currently paying full price for a service that I am not receiving and whenever I point this out, I am told this is being taken care off and will automatically be adjusted in my next bill. That’s 2 bills now paid in full. Absolute disgrace. If I had any other options I would be leaving this disgrace of a service.

Rubbish service!! Had a dispute about a billing after I was duped into renewing a contract, but gladly paid for a monthly subscription while dispute is in going. They cut the current service until disputed bill is paid. Now that’s literally taking you hostage! Even low-life criminals have more breeding! Now I’m stuck with an 18-month contract with these mafia gangsters!!!

Crooks! Early cancellation fee of £311 even though the new homeowner wants to take over the contract. Conveniently they don’t offer contract transfer so I’ll pay to cancel then they’ll charge the new homeowner to set up. Win win for them. As for the internet quality, it’s very good.

This is an utterly irresponsible company. I connected their broadband recently and already have so many problems that I have not had in my entire life with Internet providers. At first, everything was fine. But they started some technical work in our area NW3 on November 10th. Since then, my Internet has been interrupted every 3-5 minutes, and my work has been destroyed. They sent an engineer. He checked the home equipment and said it was fine. He added that the problem is with their system, not at my flat. And now, I’ve been living without the Internet for more than a week, and no one is solving the problem. Finally, I demanded to terminate my contract. Virgin Media is trying to charge cancellation fees, but I will apply to the tribunal and other authorities to protect my consumer rights from unscrupulous service providers like Virgin Media.Guys, never Virgin Media. Believe me.

Awful Service. Order placed on 18th June and still not installed. I even called to cancel today but they couldn't (or wouldn't) process it!UPDATE: The latest installation date is 21st Sept 2023.18th June 2023: Order placed for broadband and first bill paid.22nd June 2023: Broadband scheduled for activation.24th June 2023: Virgin Media called to say there is no port and they scheduled appointment for 27th June 2023.27th June 2023: Engineer came to property and told us we needed a wire going from outside to inside but this would require a specialist technician so he would schedule an appointment - I then received a 2 texts; one saying a booking was made for 1st July 2023 (8am-1pm) and another saying 1st July 2023 (1pm-6pm).29th June 2023: I called VM to double check the date and time (given they were different times) and was told it was definitely 1st July 2023 (8am-1pm).1st July 2023 (appointment): Said appointment scheduled for 8am-1pm but no visit from VM. I waited in all-day.1st July 2023 (call 1): I called VM to enquire and was told the engineer was running late - no more than one hour away".1st July 2023 (call 2): I called VM again and was told "they don't give out time slots"

Do not sign up to virgin media ! STARTED MY CONTRACT FOR 33 quid a month in November 2022 , 4 months later March 2024 they changed my contract to nine pounds more and now I’m stuck in the remaining of my 18 months contract they won’t let me cancel or reduce my payments -THE BEAT PART IS YOU CAN STILL SIGN UP AS A NEW CUSTOMER FOR cheaper than my original price complete con I’m posting this message everywhere unless your message me and sort it OUT !!!!!!

This is the worst costumer service that I have ever seen. It is just pure craziness that a company can literally cut their customer service budget to negative but still survive. The customer service people have literally no training and no clue what they are doing. Even the nicest people will do the wrong thing cuz they just don’t know what to do. This is pure craziness and stupidity that such a company still exist. The only reason why I am still in this contract with virgin media is the early termination fee is sky high and every time you move they assign you a new contract. One day I will apply the job for customer service here at virgin media and just to see how this thing works?!

Increases their prices in line (if not above) inflation, but the service stays the same (mediocre at best)… idk how this keeps happening in 2023. Would have changed providers by now but sadly my area has been monopolised by Virgin and no other provider can give me any speed above 40Mb.Edit: the service has since improved hence changing the rating from 1 to 3.
