Had to chase order after 2 weeks. No comms despite email, phone and webchat. Only once opened PayPal dispute they replied, sent completely wrong item just to say they've. fulfilled order. Zero customer service. My issue is ongoing. Maybe its just one person running and is overwhelmed and can't keep up with demand. If so maybe time to quit or seek assistance. At the moment I'd suggest not trading with this company
