I would recommend anyone not to purchase any smart watch" from here.They refused to give a refund the day after I purchased the item and gave me a load of rubbish how they could not give me a refund.I knew I was entitled to a refund however it was only a couple of lady's on shift so I had to act accordingly."

I would love to be able to review F Hinds jewellery but unfortunately I’m unable to. My fiancé and I found an engagement ring on the F Hinds website but when we went into the Frenchgate store to look at it, we were told by the young assistant to come back in half an hour as the “wedding advisor” was on lunch (at 3pm). Our plea that we didn’t need an advisor (we are in our late 40s/early 50s) and just wanted to look at the ring fell on deaf ears and so, feeling despondent, we elected to go to another jewellers in Frenchgate where we were served by a lovely, very professional lady who was happy to assist us to make our purchase.

Excellent service, the assistant was very helpful and friendly. Purchase was gift wrapped for me ready for Christmas. Really good shopping experience.

Friendly, first class service thank you. Bought a Christmas present for a friend happy to gift wrap even though shop was busy. I said not too bother but thanked her for her willingness to do so. Sorry I have forgot her name but lovely lass

Recently a young man (early 20's?) served me and was very helpful. When I couldn't find anything I liked, he explained all of the options I had via the website to click and collect or click and pay.Every time I come in, the staff are all always lovely and welcoming. My favourite place to shop for jewelry.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy any jewellery from here had my engagement ring 7 months and my main diamond had come out. F.hinds had given me the same ring but a new one. Which the same has happened. Poorly made. No customer service are any help either! Disappointed and disheartened to say the least.
