I had Beth out to my unhandled shetland filly to microchip and passport her, Beth was very calm and collected and didn't rush me when the pony didn't want her rope on. She was sympathetic yet effective and it was done with minimal distress to my pony. Beth was happy to answer any questions I had in detail and was very professional in doing so. My first visit out since I registered with these vets and have been totally put at ease that my horses are in good hands! :)

Jeff is an amazing vet! I wouldn't use anyone else! He is my horses vet and also my small animals, he saved my dog last year. I have 100% trust in Jeff

Above and beyond our expectations, as we were away from home and we needed emergency treatment for one of our Labradors. Disgusted by this vet Jeffrey Chakwenyaj.Absolutely no compassion were my animal was concerned. Told us to phone the knackerman and get our cow shot! I would not have him on my premises ever again. Very bad attitude and I suggest he has a change of career ….. ASAP!

These guys really love the animals and treat customers really well. They will do everything they can to get things done, even if you need something at short notice. The vet is very friendly and compassionate to your feelings. He will explain things well and provide the best solutions. The nurses are all very friendly and helpful. Probably the best veterinary service I have used.

Jeff came to vet a horse I was hoping to buy. The owners were a nightmare but Jeff was wonderful, he was professional and honest. He gave me extremely good advice. The owners were in denial that their horse was lame in both back legs.We walked away.

I am not registered but had a 13 year old retriever who was giving up on life and needed euthanasia - a very emotional time. I was able to take her the afternoon I phoned and they came out to our vehicle to see her. So grateful she had a peaceful end made possible by these kind vets .
