I ordered shake and grill last week, I had the zing a longer burger and Bombay burger it was amazing and so fresh !!! Also we had the Milky Way shake and the Nutella shake so cold and thick ❤️ ! Best I’ve ever had defo ordering again next month thankyou so much

I recently ordered from Shake and Grill, and I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptionally quick service. From the moment I placed my order to the time the food arrived, the speed of service was truly impressive.The staff seemed to have a well-organized system in place, ensuring that orders were taken promptly and efficiently. Even during a busy evening, I didn’t have to wait long for my meal to arrive. They were attentive and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed!

Food not up to standard as in the past since we’ve ordered used to love ordering the Lebanese salad esp. Not sure what happened this evening!! As I hope this is a once off kinda thing!! Has recipe has changed?? not for the better however for the worse!! Lit slop on a plate and not fresh at all!Tried to tell over the telephone as I tried to give feedback directly but just received argumentative abuse. I lit can’t talk any more so now I’m typing and being the keyboard warrior!! And I do sincerely apologise in advance!!Called to send back as we not happy and the verbal argumentative abuse was something exceptional!! We simply wanted a return and refund policy!!

Despite giving clear instructions regarding delivery they were not followed. Meal turned up cold and incomplete and when I contacted them was told the missing item would be sent in 10-15 mins. When I said the burger was cold I was told to stuck it the microwave. Not exactly fous safe when there is salad and mayo in the burger. Ad vised this was the 2nd time the order had turned up cold due to their drivers going to the wrong address and I wanted a refund was told I couldn't have one and they would bring me another meal in 40 mins. Really disappointed as I have ordered from them frequently but in the last few months there was been a decline in service. I requested a full refund and it was declined as I had the partial order and I was being unreasonable in not being prepared to wait for a further 40 minutes for the correct order to arrive.

Not bad, always very tasty food not had a shake yet, but wraps are good and the chilli cheese bites, I got free chicken wings as well. Would eat here again

Walked in super fast service, burgers + kids meal. Even tho my son said the nuggets where a little spicy.. I did not find thay where. Burgers remind me of man Vs food" = food ♥️Keep up the great service & excellent food"

We ordered for the first time a few weeks ago. We were blown away by their burgers. They don't Hold back on the fillings ! Very generous. The milkshakes are amazing too. I highly recommend.
