Ben came out to quote us a composite door, he was thorough in giving us our options and had previous installs to show us, this gave us some inspiration. We had our quote back within 24 hours and a new door within 4 weeks. We are so happy with the result we have now gone ahead and had our back door changed too, Ben even checked in with us a couple of weeks later to ensure we were happy with everything and to ensure there was no issues. Great service and we are really pleased with everything. Thanks once again.

Made an appointment today Friday 30th June for someone to come out and measure for 2 blown windows between 10am and midday , no one turned up not even a phone call , wasted a morning, most disappointed

I rung Graham at True Window last Friday morning as my customer couldn't lock her door and didn't want to leave her house until she could do so. The service from Graham was fantastic and he arranged for someone to go and have a look at the job the same day. I would happily recommend this company and their service to anyone.

Fantastic Job and quickly done from quote to completion.After having been let down by a different local Lincoln company, TWG had the job done quickly at a reasonable price and the service was excellent, fitters were great and very polite and neat and tidy with their work. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again when/if needed.

This was a very specialist job involving arched vertical slider windows in a 250 year old property. TWG managed to replicate in PVC, the form and appearance of the original wooden windows, almost exactly. Whilst there were some issues with regard to delays in the delivery times by Roseview the manufacturers and the final finish of of manufacture these were responded to professionally and very effectively such that the final quality of the job was very good.

I used TWG to replace the units in my log cabin. I was extremely impressed with the workmanship, tidiness and efficiency. The guys were very polite, friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend.

Phoned TWG to come out and gain access to my front door, after a few minutes they gained access and replace my handle at a great price. I was quoted double from an alternative supplier in Grantham!

Needed to arrange to have a window taken out in order to get a new sofa delivered. Tried lots of companies who weren't interested, but Sophie on the sales team couldn't have been more helpful/accommodating in working with us to get the work arranged in line with the delivery date. The fitters on the day were very friendly/professional and the whole job was done in around 3 hours to a great standard. Would definitely recommend True Windows & Glass / would use again.
