Absolutely amazing service. Life savers really!! My hot water had stopped working on a Saturday evening and my house was filled with air bnb tenants. My engineer Mark came out that same evening to help solve the problem. I really appreciated his help.He was also very polite and friendly. He also did well observing COVID social distancing regulations and wearing a mask. I’m very thankful. I would definitely recommend their services and I will definitely be using them in the future. Great communication after needing an emergency call out to one of my tenanted properties on a Saturday morning! They contacted my tenant direct and booked them straight in and the job was done within the hour. Couldn’t be happier to recommend these guys. Very competitive pricing. Would highly recommend.

My shower needed replacing as was running cold. Liam called out to quote (as needed landlord’s approval). He was back less than 24 hours later to replace shower, on the day he was expecting his first baby! Very professional. Great service. Would highly recommend. Good luck with the new baby!

Our boiler broke on a Friday morning and after calling loads of plumbers Mark at JT was the only one who was able to do something for us, trying to help over the phone as much as possible. Although he wasn't able to make it out on Friday he came first thing Saturday to replace the thermostat for us and we now have hot water again. We will be returning to JT for any plumbing needs, the service was absolutely fantastic! Thanks again Mark.

I've used JT Plumbing on numerous occasions but I had to call them last weekend for an emergency call out for a leaking pipe in our apartment, he came out to my property within the hour and didn't leave until he could get the water back on from the leak. 10/10 highly recommend.Will be recommending to all friends and family.Thanks again Mark.

Excellent service and professionalism - attended at short notice to repair an emergency leak for a shower that was pouring water through a ceiling. Explained everything clearly and honestly, fixed a problem deemed 'unfixable without a big job' by another plumber - and was friendly to the dog! Would highly recommend Neil

Honestly couldn't be happier, Mark's an absolute angel!! I've had my fair share of problems since moving into a new flat and Mark's sorted all of them - from replacing a very outdated heating system, fixing leaks, installing new heaters, new washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and even replacing my broken door handle. Had great communication and always felt like top priority no matter how busy they are. Incredibly accommodating to my awkward schedule and overall a really friendly and professional service. 100% recommend
