I brought a brand new raincoat in last week after discovering the wax from my Barbour jacket had stained the entire front while I had stored it in my car. I genuinely thought I would have to throw the coat away. I took a chance & stopped by this local dry cleaner and was absolutely amazed a week later when I was handed my new coat stain free!!!! It's in perfect condition thanks to this great dry cleaner!

I needed an emergency dress alteration and the wonderful ladies at Hitchin dry cleaners made it happen!! The dress fits like a glove I am so IMPRESSED !!!! Couldn’t recommend this company more! 10/10. Thank you so much ❤️

Absolutely outstanding! I had two coats that had huge rips in them; one waterproof jacket with seam rips - see last photo - and a mixed cotton-leather jacket with a big hole in the back. I took them in and the staff we so lovely. We talked about options for fixing them. They checked there was enough room to restitch the seam in the waterproof jacket and came up with the idea of sourcing and using a bit of leather skirt to cover the hole in the mixed jacket with a patch (see photos) - genius!The two jobs were done to a very high standard and within 4 weeks for under £50 for both. I am beyond delighted.I could have cried when my favourite coats ripped and I'm so glad they've got renewed life now. Thank you so, so much! I'll definitely be visiting with more repairs and alterations in future!

I have used this business for the last 10+ years and have never had anything other than a brilliant experience. Not only is their service impeccable but they are always friendly, and 100% reliable. I use them regularly for my business shirts which they clean and fold and each time they are perfect. I have also used them for multiple alterations and fixings and have always been very very happy with the result. I could not give this business a stronger recommendation, they are brilliant.

Excellent service, brought a 2nd hand coat as couldn't afford a new one and when the coat arrived the zipper was broken, everywhere quoted me £30 to £40 to fix it so I travelled 30mins to here in hope they could fix it, the lady was amazing and fixed it in literally 2 minutes, didn't even charge!! Well worth the travel and I will be traveling again in the future for any repairs of clothing, excellent !

Really lovely people and excellent work - made alterations to my suit and my bride -to-be’s dress. The suit is superb and I am told (for I have yet-to-see) the dress is a marvel. Thank you Fairy and all who did the work for us.

Had my tux altered for a wedding. The team did a fantastic job! They were quick and thorough! They spent time making sure the fit was perfect and I was very happy with the results!

The staff at this local laundrette not only met my timeframe but also did an impeccable job cleaning both items. They were upfront about pricing options and delivered fantastic results. The friendly and helpful staff made the experience even better. Highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Good service but extremely overpriced! I went to them to get my dress hemmed and was shocked hot expensive it was. As i needed this done, I ended up paying for it but did not walk away feeling good about the experience at all. The price didnt even include a dry clean- just a single layer hem. I have gone to them before for dry cleaning and the experience was great so I was shocked with the latest one. No words.
