I had the service and MOT on the same day. Obviously the idea was to fix small problems first than do the MOT to make sure MOT will be passed fine (this is how most garage operate). Unfortunately they did opposite and now I have a failed history because of a light bulb and windscreen wiper!

Purchased a car prior to lockdown from Speen Garage, which subsequently developed a fault. Without any hesitation they agreed to a full repair at their cost, no quibbling or referencing to the warranty booklet. Not only was the repair done satisfactorily, it was done in short order.I tip my hat to this garage, this was a fairly costly fault they could have easily palmed off.I hope this review helps give perspective customers full confidence. This is an honourable, straight talking and professionally run car dealership and one I fully recommend.

We brought a car from John last week, we can’t say enough of how pleased we are with them, John pulled out all the stops to make sure we got the car on time, brilliant little car so pleased. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Whilst working away had a flat tyre, couldn't get the wheel off......this garage helped us and replaced the damaged tyre. Cant thank him enough!!! Highly recommended. Cheers pal.

I had a full service a few months ago, can't be more happy. Such lovely customer service, which is rare these days. Even called me to say it wouldn't need new spark plugs as they were fine which reduced the cost, some garages would have just charged me for new ones when I wouldn't have been any the wiser. Really pleased and will stick with them, trust is a big thing when you are a single gal, especially when it comes to cars - I haven't a clue!

I have just had my MOT done at Speen garage for the second year running. I thoroughly recommend this business. Their booking/ admin is faultless, the business is clean and tidy with a very pleasant waiting room and Dave is a pleasure to deal with. I feel happy leaving my car here ( which hasn’t always been the case with MOT centres). Parking and access are really easy. I would be very happy to take my car here for repair.

Took car in for service. Owner informed of additional work that needed to be done. Given the go ahead. Then car came back with additional grinding/creaking noise after service, which wasn’t there before. Informed the garage - they sent two people out to drive the car who both denied any noises. Took the car back to show them the noise - they then claimed that the noise was there before I took it in. They claimed they didn’t mention it because they assumed that I was aware of the noise. They were going to charge me an additional hour’s Labour just to find the source of the noise. I then took it to Quick Fit who were able to do a diagnostic for free. Overall poor service, intentionally deceived/omitted certain information and became very defensive/denied any fault when questioned.

They are good professionals in their estate. Had my MOT there and no hassles. Good communication and best service. Looking forward for more business in future.

Have had a few problems with my car over the last few months and Speen Garage have been nothing but accommodating and professional to get everything sorted.First a puncture, then a failed coil, then a leak in the coolant. Each problem was dealt with swiftly and always with great customer service. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
