Gemma and the girls at the salon are all very talented! They are great at taking the time to get to know you and are very knowledgeable in helping you reach your hair goals. A very friendly bunch on the whole and very accommodating. Could not recommend them enough!

Never used to use a hair salon till I started going to Hayden Hair studio. Gemma is amazing and so is her team. Whatever you want they will deliver! Would highly recommend.

Chose this salon for my trans teen after some difficult encounters at previous salons. Gemma could not have been more patient, constantly checking he was happy with what she was doing and talking everything through in advance. My teen has a renewed confidence in hairdressers thanks to her and I applaud the salon for welcoming all without judgement. We have now returned a few times and received the same great service each time.

First time visiting this salon, when i walked in.. no acknowledgment, there was a dog walking around. Not everyone likes dogs and no mentions anywhere of this! You could tell i wasnt comfortable as i was jumping around. No efforts to remove the dog! The lady that looked after me was nice but i was told one price on the phone then went up when i got there because i wanted bangs and layers!!? Ive never had that before. Cut wasnt great either, cannot see the feathers! Wont be going back

I love getting my lash lifts done by Gemma at Hayden Hair Studio, she always does an amazing job! The team are so friendly and welcoming, i always enjoy my experience.

HiI’m sorry unfortunately I had to give you only 2 stars. Booked in for a really straight Keratin treatment and spent £150. Keratin Treatment lasted only 3 days. After washing my hair it went back to my wavy hair. Really very disappointed with the treatment I thought it should last for 6 months. They should not be mentioning the term Keratin if the treatment does not apply. It’s just a hair style which lasted only for 3 days. Nicki & Gemma advised me to blow-dry my hair after washing but didn’t help at all.I went for a consultation but wasn’t helpful at all.Very disappointed with the service. Please be honest with what you are doing don’t scam anyone as I got scammed.

Lovely friendly staff.always do my hair exactly how I want it. They always have a cuppa to hand. Lovely environment.I won't go to any other salon. I have not had my hair cut for years due to trusting other hair dressers. This time nykki cut it for me, and I love it. 10 out of 10!!! I'm not really sure why there's a few bad reviews as I've always had a great experience. One of the ladies( I can't remember her name! Sorry) even stayed an hour after she was meant to have finished working to make sure my hair was perfect! Thank you ladies!!

I am so so happy with my hair, Gemma and Maisie done an amazing job with my balayage! They gave excellent advise on colour options that would suit me as I was unsure, they made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The service was the best and the milkshake products they use smell amazing too!I would 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional and friendly hair salon!
