Terrible nails here, the eyebrow threading was done very well. However she clearly wasn’t qualified to do nails. Made 3 mistakes and had to wipe off and then left me with gel polish all over my skin and when I have gone to take off has started peeling the gel off my pinky. £20 down the drain and will not be going back!!! Very dissatisfied and disappointed

Very kind lady and a comfortable atmosphere. I had my eye brows threaded and tinted and my eye lashes tinted. Great experience and I'm very happy with how they look. This will now be my go to place for brows and lashes!

Avoid avoid avoid scalped after asking for basic tidy of eyebrows I’ve been left with terribly thin ones destroying my whole face!!!I’m very particular so triple checked the woman knew what I meant by tidy and asked her to not to shape my brows just clear the sparse ones underneath. After crying she suggested a tint to try and hide her error so I left looking like a clown. My eye brows now look like they’ve been drawn on with a sharpie nice the tints disappeared!!. Should have known better to return after visiting before for lash removal! That time anither girl just yanked them off with tweezers painfully. I paid her to do what I was avoiding doing at home??? On my latest visit with the brows I also saw a poor woman handover a wad of cash after having her hair done. Now I don’t know what she had done but she left looking terrible. Literally how I wake up and if my hair looked like hers did it would need to be a bun day. They need shutting down because none of them are beauty professionals. The place is all dirty and unorganised bits of used cotton pad just strewn around - no brow combs nothing!! They’re terrible

Harpreet and Kamal are amazing at what they do.. However, the last 2 times I’ve come and it’s been an older lady called ?Avney. The first time she was rough and aggressive, rushed my eye brows & didn’t apply lotion or ask if it was okay. She seemed like she wanted to be sat scrolling on her phone again..Today, she waxed half of my eyebrow off so that I’m left with a huge gap in between my brows. She applied the wax wherever and just ripped it all off. I go on holiday in a few days so was very upset and disappointed. I don’t know how she has a job here. She has no customer service skills and will ruin your eyebrows. Avoid her and you’ll be fine- lesson learnt.When I returned from my car after seeing how my eyebrows looked, the manager was very kind and offered a refund. for future customers.. the other girls do a great job & I’ve never had a problem otherwise!

Went for my first ever wax today and couldn't be happier, Harpreet did a thorough job and continually checked in with me to make sure i was comfortable, listened to exactly what I wanted, gave advice to get the best results next time and was all a decent price

Had a fantastic service by a lady called Awen..she coloured my hair which looks amazing and gave it a lovely cut, she also did a great job on my eyebrow shape and tinted them which goes well with my hair colour.....recommend this lady to anyone, she also makes you feel very homely ...thank you so much for doing a wonderful job I feel great thanks to you Awen xx

I treated the wife to a full body massage, and she loved it. She felt relaxed to the point she didn't want to come home. Also whilst there decided to get her eye lashes done. She's definitely going again and definitely recommends it. The staff were very helpful and extremely friendly.

Only ever had good experiences here. All the staff are lovely and do a great job.
