We have recently had a long and brilliant experience with BallyCastle Climbing Frames. We have been in contact throughout a whole grant application process for my autistic daughter. Nicola has gone over and above to support us and has even had contact with the grant charity to ensure my daughter was able to get what was recommended by her OT. We’ve had regular communication about the ninja assault course and getting it delivered and built as quickly as possible. It’s amazing. Both my children love it and it’s enhanced my daughters life particularly as she can swing and hang upside down and spin which all all things she craves to help her regulate. It’s created a gun extension of home - her safe place. It’s been a fabulous experience and such a wonderful outcome for the whole family. Thank you

Purchased a climbing frame in 2022 for Christmas. The girls in the office were fabulous. Answering all my questions and sorting delivery and installation. Boys that arrived to our house were very professional and respectful. Highly recommended
