Had to book an appointment, when we arrived we were met with friendly staff, we went to look at a certain wheelchair to see if it was suitable for my husband, we were offered tea/coffee and then taken through all the things we needed to know about the wheelchair.They were very nice helpful people and we did buy the wheelchair they put all the extra bits and pieces on and put it in the car.

I needed a wheelchair at short notice, I found this company online and have to say they were absolutely amazing. From the minute I spoke to Jenny on the phone to the time that I collected the wheelchair the service was incredible. the wheelchair was also very good value. Highly recommend.

I love my chair, I have a Ultra-Light Instant Folding Electric Wheelchair. It's given me life and that's no exaggeration. I am an outdoorsy person naturally and would walk miles when I was younger, my chair has opened that up to me again and I'm throwing myself through fields geocaching.We have had a couple of issues with it, not really the fault of the company (an error with the motor that can just happen with that type, and a couple of bumps) but they've been amazing in keeping me moving with fast replacements and repairs where necessary.I can't recommend the team or the chair more.

Amazing customer service from Charlie today.We were welcomed into the showroom where he thoroughly explained both wheelchair options we were considering with no pressure on us to purchase the more expensive one; the emphasis was completely on my father-in-law's needs. He answered all of our questions with absolutely no rush and no hard sell.Very competitively priced with prompt delivery.We're delighted and will be recommending this company.

I bought the Ultra Lite over a year ago. It has since been in daily use, in and out of taxis and cars. It has been an excellent chair and improved my quality of life significantly.I required a small replacement bracket recently and Charlie responded immediately by email with the price and availability. It’s now on its way to me and once again, I am impressed by the service this company offers. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Staff were delightful and happy to help. Did not attempt to upsell or deceive and were quite happy to answer any questions in detail.Time will tell the longevity of the chair but my partner has used it for a while today and has no complaints- it's improved their quality of life greatly.Cheers from Scotland. Awesome service from Angelica and the technician Rocky who were both so friendly and informative about the products as well as demonstrating items for us before trying myself. Was so impressed with the quality of products that we purchased the LiteRider folding electric wheelchair as well as the Ventura self propelled wheelchair. Definitely worth travelling to get such great items and fantastic customer service.

So far so good.Great value for money.Comes with two batteries, and lasts around 14km on a 12A, and 12km on the 10A. My father is relatively light.We got the MobilityPlus+ Ultra-Light InstaSplit Electric Wheelchair | Foldable, 4mph, 2 Lithium Batteries.It can split to make it lighter for loading into car. Auto fold is also a good one too as it has a seperate control for the carer. The carer can use the controls on a seperately available mount, which enables control to be moved easily to the carers height by back of chair. I would advise to buy two carers mounts for each side of the wheelchair, as you can use the mounts to hang your shopping from too, or buy one mount and buy another later. They have changed the design of the mount so you will have to see if it works for you.It is just over an inch wider than our old wheelchair, and we have got used to it nowCant thank this company enough for the wheelchair

Brilliant customer service by all that spoke/saw to me today. I was given a quick appointment as I was in desperate need of a wheelchair for my grandfather. I was welcomed into the shop before I even got to the door, greeted by smiles and a warm welcome. I was shown all the chairs I was interested in with no pressure at all to by the more expensive one. They answered all my questions and was just amazing. They even helped me get the wheelchair into the car after purchase. My grandfather is very happy with his new wheelchair . Highly recommended mobility plus.
