Got a ticket even tho I paid at the machine. The machine must be on street only, I think it might be a private carpark

Check your bank transaction every time after using Bank Park.Original comment:Worst company in the world. They will send you the PCN for not charging at EV bay. I booked monthly parking with 'Bank Park' but found that there was often no parking space available. When I parked my petrol car at bays that were not marked for electric cars only, I was penalized. Despite sending an email to 'Bank Park' to appeal, I never received a reply. The landowner, LIV Student Sheffield, did not take responsibility to communicate with 'Bank Park.' Based on my experience, I recommend that people should avoid parking at 'Bank Park' and avoid living at LIV Student Sheffield. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Is this a scam. We parked and machine said no charge- we took a photo of the time and date that we parked and the machine. Got a letter informing us that we needed to park. Can't understand why we have received it- the machine was clear. We have sent photographic evidence to the company who have sent us a photo of a different machine in a different car park. Seems very dodgy. We are not local to Sheffield and it would cost more in fuel to drive back to prove our point. Does anyone know if scammers are operating here?

Easy to book, good location for the town centre, cheaper than most car parks

Pay for monthly parking, recently there has been many times where i have not been able to park due to no spaces. I got informed that i am not guarantied a space even though i pay monthly for one which is shocking. Why offer a service that you cannot guarantee
