Disgusting place went to book a appointment for my disabled daughter and was met with the 2 of the rudest most unhelpful receptionists, I was informed she had been struck off cause off a letter (that I never received ) was never responded too, I informed her that in 44 years off looking after my daughter I’ve never missed a appointment but she insisted that she was struck off, now my first worry is this is a dentist that treats disabled children and adults who despite been in isolation for the best part off 3 years need to see a dentist who is specialised to there needs, my second problem and I’m writing this after reading the terrible reviews and knowing the owner off this practice responds is do you really want your patients first impression of this practice to be 2 miserable unhelpful and rude receptionists? Oh and teach them how to answer the phone !

Was completely fobbed off by these today.callin in the morning told me to call back at 4pm when they open again at 1.30 I called at 1.30 to be cut off because they are fully booked. Why tell me to call back at 4pm. Useless

4 days of calling up from 8am sitting on hold for an hour or more and being told there’s no more appointments? Maybe if you answered the phone there would be!Rudeness when finally answering, I’m in agonising pain! Receptionist need sacking for how inconsiderate and incompetent they are!Will be contacting the NHS helpline to complain.

Dental appointment very good,informative with an efficient extraction, aftercare given. Appointment was difficult to obtain as phone line very busy and they reached their appointment capacity very quick on Mon morning. Tues got an appt, unfortunately was cancelled twice (water leak/staff shortage). Got the extraction on Fri.

I came here today and was seen by a dentist called Red .What a amazing and caring experience I had. I had my tooth pulled out and I can honestly say I was a total wreck when I walked in. This lovely dentist and his assistants made Me feel so relaxed. Thank you so much for being so kind to me and caring. Totally recommend this place .

So I’ve read a lot of the reviews with this practice and there a lot of bad ones that I have to disagree with. I had to have my wisdom tooth extracted today. The staff were extremely friendly well mannered and polite! The extraction went smoothly no pain no stress nothing! in and out within 20 minutes! Very impressed!

What a fantastic service, called this morning got an appointment at 5.15pm same day. The dentist and nurse was very friendly and very professional we discussed the options available to me and they carried out the treatment straight away. Injection was painless as was the extraction. Aftercare advise was spot on and left truly satisfied. Thank you

Takes an age to get through on the phone as it cuts off if too many people are in the queue then have to start the call and listen to all of the messsges again. Second visit today as I don’t have an NHS dentist. First visit was due to pain arrived for appointment and was seen about 45 mins late, had an X-ray, got a temporary filling and some antibiotics and was told I would be referred for my Wisdom Tooth. 3 months later I experience the same pain so return expecting the same diagnosis except this time no X-ray or proper examination so I was given a temporary filling but no antibiotics despite the identical pain I was told no infection even though the X-ray wasn’t done. I then find out that a referral wasn’t done in my last visit so an even longer wait is now in store. I walked out still with toothache thinking that they just make it up as they go along so I popped in and signed up to my closest BUPA practice, yes it’s going to cost more and time will tell if it’s worth it when I get a second opinion on my first appointment next week.

Lovely Dentist and dental nurse for learning disabled patient. But sadly the front of house was a poor experience with an unwelcoming and rude receptionist. This was not the first time hence the review.

Apart from quite friendly staff this place was a huge disappointment. After one hour of calling I got lucky enough to get emergency appointment. I came in huge pain of my wisdom tooth, all surrounding teeth, under chin, ear. The doctor said everything is fine. It just needs to grow
