REDLINE RECOVERY (Canterbury)

Our car wouldn’t start after a day at the seaside. With a brand new baby and a 7 year old in tow, waiting for the RAC’s estimated two hour minimum call out time just wasn’t feasible - especially since we then had a two hour drive home. So we tried a local company and, thank god, landed on Redline Recovery. We explained the situation and then the man on the end of the phone said he would jump in his car and get straight to us with a battery pack. Ten minutes later he turns up, re-starts our engine, fills our coolant tank and drives with us to a petrol station. The man is a legend and will never know how grateful and relieved we are… until he reads this. Can’t recommend this company enough. We will now be home by the time the RAC were due to arrive. I was stuck in a ditch, the insurance company did not want to know, neither did the breakdown service. Both said it was the others concern. Redline Recovery came out within an hour late on a Friday evening and pulled the car out in a matter of three mins. Very friendly, very kind. Highly recommended.
