The place is clean and the staff is helpful. The fact that it's open even on the weekend and is by the Bermonsdey station makes it ideal for anyone around East London.Edit: I've removed a star because I arrived at 14:45 on Sunday and they said it was closing, so I've wasted 5£ in transport. Please update the times schedule to not disappoint customers.

Fab laundrette. Staff so helpful! You just don’t get that kind of service these days so it’s really appreciated. She helped me with using the machines when I had large bedding to wash, advised me on settings for the laundry and dryer times. Even let me use a basket. Change machines makes it’s really easy. Who thought laundry could be such an enjoyable experience?! 10/10

Called head at 3:30 to state that I've been in a house fire and needed a laundry service, was told to come in at 5:3, I explain I was disabled and I needed help so I would make it up 5:45 to drop off the clothes. We agreed this would be ok. After packing out the boot and heading to the launderette for 5.40 we found that she has closed early It's a shame will never be using your service again and will definitely be bringing my business elsewhere

Usually do my service wash laundry here. Excellent service, wonderful staff, very clean, very convenient and good price. I would recommend it to anyone.

The employee i encountered on a sunday was helpful and polite, i had no problem with the customer service here. However, i will not be returning this launderette. 1) the hours posted on google are NOT ACCURATE! The last washer loads are at 4:30!! and they kick everyone out by 5:45. 2) VERY expensive!! Washers were £6 and up, dryers were minimum £4. 3) even for that price, the washers have minimal selection options (no way to modify cycle length or spin). 4) only one option for laundry detergent available for purchase here, no dryer sheets or other accesories offered. 5) cash only and minimal seating 6) NO WIFI!! In 2023?? Overall, this launderette provides the bare minimum for lofty prices; other better options available

First time doing laundry at a launderette. Great experience. The attendant was very helpful in getting me set up with the right machines and I like that it was open very early in the AM on a weekend to beat the crowds. Will definitely be back to do my laundry again to wash bedding, etc, as my washer isn't working correctly at the moment. Convenient location - just a couple of tube stops from my flat and then a short walk from the station which is also great when you're carrying heavy bags of laundry.

“Amy” were extremely helpful and polite. It was my first time there and despite she was busy but she showed me how to operate those machines. THANKS A LOT AMY. And definitely I’ll coming back.

Rude elderly couple who run this launderette. Previously had stellar experience from a younger female member of staff, but the older couple are rude, grouchy and do not care about their customers.Was told I cannot put a wash load on at 16:28, when it says the last washload is 90 mins before close. They have done this twice. They confirmed on the phone a close of 6PM.DON'T ADVERTISE A LAST WASH TIME OF 90 MINS BEFORE CLOSE IF YOU DON'T ALLOW THIS.I am a disabled person, and it is unacceptable that you've made me lug my clothes around twice and refused to allow me to wash them despite being within the designated times.You confirmed the hours over the phone, but refused anyway. When challenged, the elderly staff became rude and hostile, glaring at me.Do not recommend. I recommend Linsey Laundry about 10 mins away. Friendlier staff, cleaner premises, better prices, they accept card and are open later.AVOID JAMAICA ROAD LAUNDERETTE.

One of the big machines, Middle one, rejects good coins. Otherwise the staff are very friendly and helpful, it is a well used shop
