Used this company in Bradford, it took me such a long time to arrange for someone to come initially. It turned out the cleaner who did come charged us the agency fee plus her cleaning fee, and then she charged us for a deep clean which was a lot more than the company's prices. She then took all cleaning products from my house and never returned them! When i tried to call her back, she said she no longer works for a company, which is a lie, because the agency said she does. The agency started to chase me for their fee, which i explained i have already paid. Terrible company, stay away. I think the cleaners name is Gabiee (or so she said it was?'

I was very impressed with the services and the fast response times. My cleaner was wonderful. I highly recommend.

If I could give this place a 0 I would.I explained to them towards 2022 that I had mental health issues and I was struggling to keep up with the maintenance on my flat, they said they’d be happy to help me however I was blindsided by their unprofessional behaviour. I was messed around for over 2 months saying they would be turning up then not showing up. Today a worker showed up at my flat came in for about a minute after showing her what needed to be done and she had the audacity to ‘ go to her car for a second mop’ then she essentially did a runner, no notice whatsoever or professionally or a ‘sorry I can’t do this job’ disgusting service. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you have mental health issues.
