MG Cannon Westbury

I used MG Cannon after the cat converter was stolen from my Prius and I claimed through my insurance company.Whilst my insurance company was a bit of a nightmare to deal with, MG Cannon were genuinely fantastic. Special mention to Clare and the collection/delivery driver who's name I didn't get.They arranged a hire car as a matter of urgency, completely the repair perfectly and ahead of time. They then dropped my car back to me cleaned inside and out, and dropped the hire car back for me.Amazing service, I cannot recommend or praise them highly enoughThanks guys

3 weeks repair after waiting 6 weeks to get it in. It’s a tiny dent on a door crazy!!! Promised a cutesy car but phoned the day before to say it wasn’t available!!! Bad

I'd highly recommend MG Cannon: they repaired my car so that I can return it at the end of its lease and it looks like new, despite its tricky matt paint finish. The team are helpful, efficient and positive. Excellent.

Was passed to MG Cannon through my insurance and from the start was impressed. Dealt with Barry who was very honest and knowledgable which made me confident a good job would be done. The job did take longer than expected due to one or two unexpected issues but the work was top quality and I would reccomend this company.

Initially told job would take 5 days. On day 15 i was told it would be ready for collection on day 16 and 2pm.... arrived at that time and car not ready.Poor communication throughout. Avoid! Much friendlier and more helpful people out there.

From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was a great level of communication. In the nicest possible way I hope to never need to use your services again but if I do need them I know where I am coming.Every member of staff I dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and amazing to deal with.

I had had my Toyota repaired at Westbury site. It was a non-fauaccident and I was the third party so I didn't pay for the repairs. I heard about MG Cannon from Platinum Toyota Trowbridge as that is where I get my car serviced. Claire was the lady I dealt with, I sent all the photos and information to her and she arranged collection and delivery of my vehicle, as well as contacting the car rental company. I have never dealt with a more polite, competent and genuinely helpful person. She made the whole experience hassle free.To put this in context we have recently got our other car fixed by another Toyota approved car repairer (ARC group Swindon) and from the receptionist, estimator and manager the whole experience was unpleasant and a battle from start to finish. Ultimately my car was left with a sub standard repair which unfortunately I have to look at every day :( I would also like to add I was really pleased with the MG Cannon repair work, so far it seems first class.I sent an email to management to congratulate them on their great service, I will be recommending them to family and friends. Finally, kudos to Claire and I hope MG Cannon value you her as very important frontline asset to your success.
